Week #77 Merry Christmas!
Note from Landon's mom:
We did not get a formal letter this week from Landon, since we got to talk to him via video chat on Christmas Eve. He is doing great and staying very busy. On top of missionary work he plays the piano for his ward. This past Sunday for his wards' Christmas program he accompanied and performed 9 piano numbers. He said it went pretty well despite the limited time he has to practice.
He was also looking forward to the mission conference on Christmas day where he would see all the missionaries from his mission along with President Brotherson. He has made some great friendships in the mission so the times they can get together are cherished events.
We got to talk to him at the same time as his brother Mason serving in Austria. With the time difference between the three countries it makes it tricky but it worked out this year and it was wonderful being together for a short time. Mason was able to write the next day and told us how much he loved talking to his brother. Mason said he had forgotten how funny Landon was! He definitely still has the same wit and made us all laugh several times during our call.
Landon is happy and well in Chile!
We miss him very much but know he is right were he should be!
